Dr. Anna Sekhar is a Senior Learning Facilitator in Business. Being a recipient of both International Post Graduate Research Scholarship (IPRS) from the Commonwealth Government of Australia and International Post Graduate Award (IPA) from the University of Sydney, Anna completed her PhD in Economics from the University of Sydney. Anna is currently actively involved in research and publications surrounding Management and Education. Anna is designing a Leadership framework surrounding the role of soft skills in enhancing leadership and employability in young graduates, and alongside, is a co-supervisor for 1 HDR student who is working on his doctoral dissertation. Anna was awarded the ‘Joint Best Stream Reviewer –ANZAM 2019 Conference in Sustainability and Social Issues in Management’. Most recently, Anna was awarded the 'ISI Reviewer - Bronze Badge' by the Informing Science Institute. Along with the above,Anna is also a reviewer for conference papers submitted to Academy of Management, HERDSA, AIB and BME.
