Antoine's research interests lie in hospitality education. His research focuses on teaching practices for management subjects, such as revenue management, rooms division management, and food and beverage operations. He also is part of a project developing a pedagogical model for hospitableness. Antoine favours action research and qualitative methods. Antoine's main research interests include: - hospitality education - hotel revenue management - revenue management education - experiential teaching - hospitableness
Antoine Bisson is a Senior Lecturer at the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School at Torrens University Australia. Antoine first worked in the hotel industry in hotel operations in France, China, and Australia. He is currently Course Coordinator for the Master in International Hotel Management. Antoine's research focuses on hospitality higher education and teaching approaches and best practices. Antoine finished his Master of Education in 2022 with a research project on Academic Integrity.
