I am a Public Health researcher focused on improving maternal, child and adolescent health through evidence-driven research, early intervention and health equity. My work explores how early-life, prenatal, social, behavioural and environmental exposures influence mental health, developmental outcomes and wellbeing across the life course. Using longitudinal data, linked data, advanced epidemiological methods and predictive approaches, I aim to generate evidence that supports prevention, policy and more equitable health systems. My PhD in Epidemiology at Curtin University examined the impact of prenatal alcohol and tobacco exposure on offspring mental health using data from the Raine Study. Since then, my research has expanded across maternal and child health, adolescent mental health, developmental vulnerability, intergenerational risk, and health inequities. Through peer-reviewed research and collaboration with universities, health services and multidisciplinary teams, my goal is to translate population-health evidence into real-world impact for children, families and communities. I look forward to connecting with researchers, practitioners, policymakers and organisations working to improve health and development across generations.
