Dr Nazrul Pramanik has a track record of achievement in teaching university undergraduate and postgraduate levels in educational institutes in Asia Pacific including Torrens University Australia, Charles Sturt University, Federation University, Melbourne Polytechnic, and IIUM University. He has 7+ years Leadership and Professional Development experience. His 20+ years corporate industry experience includes extensive mentoring, coaching and staff training in Telstra Corporation. His IT industry track record includes achievement in ITIL IT Service Management including Director Award in ISO9001 ITIL ITSM, Splunk Power User, IT operations, technology, digital & broadcast media, IT, telecommunications and higher education. His hands-on IT capabilities span IT management, IVR, digital video network, IT operations, IT project integration, ITIL problem management, R&D, Customer services, leading onsite & virtual technical teams across Australia. With his in-depth IT experience and teaching Nazrul is a trusted university lecturer and consultant in IT Operations and ITIL.
