We work with government agencies and commercial enterprises developing circular design systems for a circular economy for waste minimisation in the construction and deconstruction of the built retail environment. We use design thinking as a flexible methodology to solve complex problems. We isolate and identify opportunities for innovation and areas of risk that extend the commercial reach and addressing social responsibility at the same time providing for social needs

Design thinking quantifies the intangible, functional and social assets contained within a business in order to unravel complex problems. We help a business to reposition  itself for the future and this becomes the catalyst for change: to evolve, manage, speed up and ensure a smooth process towards sustainable growth.
