Personal profile

Scott continuously strives for TUA's interior design suite of courses to pulsate with industry relevance and to generate the future of professional practice. The innovative interpretations of trends and anticipatory imaginings by TUA students are influential. Scott’s course leadership is informed by his previous study at Chicago’s Illinois Institute of Technology and practice with important New York City and Sydney studios, including Gwathmey Siegel, Ike Kligerman Barkley and fjmt Studio. He is a PhD student with Torrens University Australia. Through textual research into the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze, Scott’s PhD thesis conceptualises the built environment’s Internet of Things as new disseminating human embodiment with empowering, but also some alarming, potentialities.
