For the first time at TUA and THINK, we are celebrating and appreciating the significant achievements and contributions of our academic leaders and the valuable impact they make on staff engagement and performance, academic quality, learning & teaching outcomes and ultimately to our students staying and succeeding. To begin with, congratulations on receiving a nomination for an Academic Leadership Award. Being recognised by your peers and managers is a significant achievement in and of itself. Your nomination was for the categories of Engagement and Intrapreneurship. The purpose of these awards is to recognise academics in leadership positions, for outstanding and sustained performance as a positive and collaborative leader, resulting in superior outcomes that are ideally aligned to our values and strategic priorities.
