A sample of 10 Japanese manufacturers already located in Neemrana, Rajasthan underwent the study. The topic of this investigation is the way in which emission reduction technologies have a differentiated impact on the performance and competitiveness of manufacturing firms. The study highlights too, green leadership as the influencing factor that promotes people to proactively reduce environmental targets. © 2024 IEEE.
