Abstract

This study employed a Structural Equation Model (SEM) to investigate the causal relationship between relationship conflicts, self-efficacy, and job performance. An effective sample of 247 questionnaires was collected from the 450 total that were distributed to real estate agents for a response rate of 54.9%. The empirical results showed that relationship conflicts have a significant negative effect on self-efficacy, task conflicts have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and relationship conflicts have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. This study used relationship conflicts and task conflicts as exogenous variables and combined them with the job performance model, obtaining good explanatory power in the empirical results.
